Welcome to the Augustana Academy Class of 1965 web site. This site is intended as a communication and organizational tool for our class, as 2010 was our 45th Reunion year. We now have the date & hotel information for our gathering: The Class of '65 turns 65!! We hope is to get as many classmembers and friends together in Minneapolis July 6-8, 2012. I had asked for preferred dates, but did not get a lot of feedback, so I just decided to go for it! I found an interesting hotel in downtown Minneapolis, close to the Guthrie Theater. It is the Aloft Hotel, at 900 Washington Avenue South • Minneapolis, MN 55415. I have 10 rooms on hold, at a rate of $119 per night. If you are driving, there is a parking fee of $15 per day. They have complementary internet, pool, fitness room, etc. To make your reservation, call Jenai at 612-455-8403 and tell her you are with Augustana Academy 65. These rooms will be held for our group until June 6th, at which point any open rooms will be released for others. At this point, I have no other definite plans. I need to do more research now that the dates are set. I'm sure we can find some awesome activities to do as a group.
